All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including cash, checks, and major credit cards. Payment in full is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.

Louisville Roofing Pros provides warranties as outlined in your service agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided separately by the respective manufacturers. We are not responsible for denials or delays by insurance companies. Any deductibles or amounts not covered by insurance will be paid by the property owner as required by their insurance policy.
